Fees
Fee for individual sessions is $175 per 50-minute session.
Fee for family sessions is $175 per 50-minute session or $200 per 75-min session.
Payments are accepted via Credit card, Venmo, and Ivy Pay for HSA or FSA.
Cancellations
Since scheduling an appointment reserves a specific time just for you, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Insurance
I offer therapy sessions for Kaiser Permanente members through Grow Therapy. Please contact your member services to verify if you're eligible for a referral.
While I don't directly handle insurance claims from other providers, I do partner with Spring Health.
You may want to check with your employer to see if you qualify for therapy through your Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
To save time at your first session, please complete these forms before your appointment. I will send the forms electronically via a secure link. If you prefer, you can print them out to fill in by hand and scan them back to me.
